Alert® for Total Milk Allergen is used as a screening tool to test raw ingredients, in clean-in-place rinses, on environmental surfaces, or product throughout the production process, for the presence of milk residue.

• Materials provided:
• 24 x antibody-coated microwells
• 2 x yellow-labeled bottles of controls made from nonfat dried milk; 1 bottle at a concentration of 5ppm and 1 bottle at 10ppm
• 1 x blue-labeled bottle of enzyme-labeled antibody conjugate
• 1 x green-labeled dropper bottle of K-Blue® Substrate solution
• 1 x red-labeled dropper bottle of Red Stop solution
• 20 x unlabeled empty sample dropper bottles with tips
• 3 x foil pouches of 10mM PBS dry powder extraction solvent; each pouch contains enough powder to prepare 1L of extraction solution
• 1 x wide-mouth bottle of 40mL PBS-Tween wash buffer concentrate; a bottle contains enough concentrate to prepare 1L of wash buffer
• 50g of extraction additive in a specimen cup
• 1 x plastic scoop to measure extraction additive
